Sole use of the building requires the main hall and both meeting rooms to be booked; this would depend on availability and be subject to a separate discussion on booking.

Bookings also require payment of a £100 refundable security deposit or £200 for multi-day bookings.

Please note that refundable security deposits will be refunded after the event if the hall is left in a clean and tidy condition with all rubbish having been taken away and no damage caused. Full details can be found in the EWVH Terms and Conditions.

Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by the committee and any required deposit or hire fee is paid. 

Our bookings clerk will endeavour to get back to you within 7 days however we are entirely staffed by volunteers. Your patience is appreciated!
